Our dedicated in-house mould design and manufacture division, Mould Services, is located at our world-class facility in Cape Town.
This custom-designed toolroom with state-of-the-art machining capabilities and mould manufacturing technologies ensures consistent production of packaging at the highest standard for our customers.
As a specialist manufacturer of high performance, high volume moulds, Mould Services supports continuous innovation for Polyoak’s customers.
We work closely with our in-house packaging research, development and design division, Design First, to ensure a smooth transition from design to manufacture.
Regular mould maintenance is also conducted on-site to ensure consistently high quality standards for our packaging.
