Blowpack is a division of Polyoak Packaging. We specialise in plastic containers for the industrial, agricultural & food markets.

About Us

Blowpack designs and manufactures fully recyclable plastic containers for industrial, agricultural and food applications, specialising in technical functionality and impactful decoration.

Our high speed extrusion blow moulding facilities are located nationwide with extensive sales and distribution networks across southern Africa. We partner with our customers to develop the optimal solution by managing the complete process from design to manufacture and delivery.

Our extended service includes technical field support, analytical testing and microbiological analysis offered by our Quality Services division. Design First provides in-house packaging research, development and creative design support, working closely with our dedicated mould design, manufacture and maintenance division, Mould Services.

Our Containers & Jars

Blowpack specialises in plastic containers ranging from 250-millilitre up to 250-litre for the industrial market, available with functional closures including osmosis inserts, gaskets, induction heat seals and pull/pour systems.

We offer UN approved drums with barrier protection for the safe containment and transportation of chemicals. Our drums are responsibly embossed to prevent inappropriate repurposing for water containment.

Our specialist agricultural range is ideal for pesticides, plant nutrition or animal feed, whilst our general purpose range with spout, spray and child-resistant closure systems is ideal for detergents, adhesives and household products in powder, paste or liquid form.

For bulk water and food products for the catering and foodservice sector – see our range, internationally accredited for food safety, with outstanding in-mould label (IML) and high definition print decoration, available with convenient tap cap.
